South West exposition, 310 m asl. Medium-textured soil characterized by a pebbly surface and deep white marls.

HARVEST:
Manual, beginning September
VINIFICATION AND AGEING:
Destemming, crushing and fermentation with maceration in contact with the skins at 23° C for 6-7 days. Micro-oxygenation till malolactic fermentation. 4 months of ageing on fine lees.

A pleasant and sincere wine, concrete like a handshake. The company's entry level wine: fresh and vinous, it is suitable for starters and pasta dishes. The acidity of Barbera leaves a palate fresh and well prepared for the second sip. Nice wine by the glass. The bottle ends!
